Count service points, not just seats
The first number to establish is how many places need their own InstaServe console. In a restaurant that may closely match the table count. In a hotel, casino, lounge or beach club, the relevant service points may also include cabanas, VIP positions or selected hospitality areas.
Do not size the system around maximum theoretical capacity if the service model only requires consoles in specific zones. Equally, avoid leaving obvious blind spots simply to keep the first configuration smaller.
Core setup: 15 consoles
Core is designed as the first complete InstaServe configuration for compact hospitality operations. It fits venues that need a clear table-service flow without a large number of separate zones.
Plus setup: 30 consoles and 3 charging docks
Plus suits operations with more tables or a broader floor plan. The additional charging capacity supports the larger device count and gives the venue a more structured daily charging routine.
Max setup: 45+ consoles
Max is intended for larger connected service environments where a greater number of tables or zones need to remain visible in one operation.
Hospitality setup: 100+ consoles
Hospitality is the high-count configuration for operations that genuinely require one hundred or more connected consoles. It is based on device count and operational scope - not on a particular sector. A casino, hotel or restaurant does not automatically belong in this category simply because of its venue type.
Choose the number of consoles and docks that matches the actual service operation.
Zones can matter as much as console count
Thirty consoles spread across a single restaurant floor are operationally different from thirty consoles divided between an indoor area, terrace and rooftop. Zone structure affects Wi-Fi planning, table naming and how staff want requests displayed.
Check charging and daily handling
Charging docks are part of the operating routine, not an afterthought. Decide where devices will return, who checks them and how the venue wants to prepare the consoles before service.
Choose the setup route
InstaServe supports self-installation with remote guidance worldwide, while on-site installation is available in selected European markets and other locations on request. The right route depends on venue complexity, internal technical capacity and location.
The website builder gives a practical starting point. Final availability and pricing are confirmed based on the venue, number of consoles, charging docks, zones and installation route.
Count service points, not only seats
The number of guests a venue can hold is not always the same as the number of locations that need an InstaServe console. A restaurant may have one device per table, while a lounge, bowling venue or VIP environment may define service points differently. Start with the places where a guest needs a clear route to the team.
Zones determine how useful the request will be
A device ID is less useful than an operational location. Before selecting the final quantity, decide how tables and areas should be grouped so staff can understand every request immediately. Terraces, upper floors, pool areas and private sections may need their own zone logic.
Charging docks belong in the capacity calculation
A professional setup needs a predictable charging routine. The number of docks should reflect how many consoles are in daily circulation and how the venue collects them. Charging is part of operational readiness, not something to solve after the devices arrive.
Leave room for the venue to grow
If a second terrace, lounge or service area is likely to open soon, include that in the conversation. InstaServe setups can be expanded, but planning the likely operating model early helps keep table IDs, zones and team workflows clean.
