Agreement

The following Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Goldweathers LLC, the owner of InstaServe (referred to as “InstaServe”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Terms and Conditions outline the terms on which We supply any of the InstaServe products (“Product(s)”) listed on Our website www.instaserving.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing from Our Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not purchase any Products.

1. Orders & Acceptance

1.1 Order Placement

  • Your order is an offer to purchase the selected Product(s).

  • After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, but this does not confirm acceptance of your order.

  • The contract is only formed once we send you a Dispatch Confirmation or deliver the Product(s) to you.

1.2 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order if:

  • The Product is unavailable.

  • We cannot process your payment.

  • There is a pricing or description error.

  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Product & Service Availability

  • InstaServe Products are available for sale and shipment to select regions.

  • Orders placed outside of available regions may be canceled and refunded.

3. Payment & Pricing

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD/AED/EUR and include applicable VAT where required.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (credit/debit).
Bank transfers and Cash payments.
Other payment methods as specified on Our Website.

Your payment will be processed at the time of checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation once successful.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver Products to addresses specified at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location and stock availability.

  • If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email.

4.1 Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of the Product transfers to you upon full payment.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Software licenses, digital goods, and customized Products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5.2 Defective Products

  • If a Product is defective, contact support@instaserving.com within 7 days of delivery for an inspection and replacement.

  • InstaServe is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

6. InstaServe Software & Licensing

  • InstaServe software is proprietary to Goldweathers LLC and requires an annual license fee for continued updates and support.

  • Unauthorized distribution or modification of InstaServe software is strictly prohibited.

  • The software must be connected to Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) and charged via USB-C.

7. Data & Analytics Access

7.1 Manager Insights Include:

Service response times – Track staff efficiency.
Peak usage periods – Optimize operations during high-demand hours.
Staff performance – Analyze workload and consistency.
Guest trends – Identify service preferences.
Device activity reports – Monitor usage and engagement.

Managers have full dashboard access, while staff have limited access based on assigned roles.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • InstaServe is not liable for business losses, indirect damages, or operational disruptions caused by the use of Our Products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on Our Website.
